"I bought a branded item from..."
I bought a branded item from them, and the whole authenticity assurance thing didn’t make me feel much better. The tags and a few small details just looked off to me, so I reached out, but the response I got was very generic. It also felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, just passing it along or giving vague answers. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but I don’t really trust their brand checks now and wouldn’t risk buying designer items there again.

"Doesn’t feel very circular"
I don’t know, something about it just feels a bit wasteful to me. It’s supposed to be circular, but in practice it didn’t really come across that way.

"Not Sure If It Was Just Me"
Some of the details seemed a little off to me, though I kept wondering if maybe I was just being too picky or misreading things. Overall, it wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make me second-guess the experience a bit.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I don’t know, the sizing was just way off for me. I checked what it said before ordering, but when it showed up, nothing fit the way I expected. Some parts felt too tight, then other parts just sat weird, so yeah, kind of frustrating.

"Fees ruined what I had planned"
I sent my stuff in thinking the whole process was going to be straightforward, but the fees really weren’t clear at all. Once everything sold, I ended up getting way less than I expected, which messed up the plans I had for that money. Maybe the details are buried somewhere in the small print, but they need to make it much more obvious before you send anything in. I won’t be using them again.

"It worked eventually"
I wasn’t totally sure it was going to work at first, but after a few tries, it finally did. Not perfect right away, but it got the job done in the end

"Easy enough, but the payout felt low"
I sent in a full bag with some decent brands, and the selling process itself was fine, I guess. But once the fees and price drops were taken out, the payout I got felt really low. I know they’re doing the work of listing and selling everything, so maybe that’s just how it goes? But for what I actually received, it didn’t really feel worth it to me. Maybe it’s okay if you just want to clear out space, but I wouldn’t expect to make much money.

"Not much variety, and the policy excuses got old"
I expected Sellpy to have way more to choose from, but browsing felt limited. I kept seeing the same kinds of clothes over and over, and a lot of the sizes or styles I was actually looking for just weren’t there. Even when I searched for really basic items, the results were either tiny or full of random stuff that didn’t match at all. I get that they might have policies around listings, sorting, or what gets accepted, but it still felt like those were being used as an excuse for a frustrating shopping experience. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it was boring to browse and not worth the time. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Not really worth the wait"
I tried sellpy thinking it would be a simple way to clear out some clothes without having to deal with everything myself. Sending the stuff in was fine enough, but after that it kind of felt like things disappeared into a black box. I wasn’t really sure what was happening most of the time, and updates were lacking. Some items took forever to show up, and a few prices were so low it made me wonder if anyone had actually looked at them properly. In the end, the payout was so small that it didn’t feel worth the hassle. Next time I’ll probably just sell locally.

"Feels like customer service is just ignoring me"
I’ve been trying to get in touch with Sellpy for days about an issue with my order, and it feels like no one is actually reading the messages. I just keep getting automated replies that don’t help at all. It’s really frustrating when something goes wrong and customer service seems impossible to trust or reach. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Really poor packaging"
I was disappointed with my Sellpy order. It showed up in this super thin bag with basically no protection at all, and the item was bent when I took it out. Also dirty, which was just annoying on top of everything else. I get that it’s secondhand, but still, the shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, so I expected them to at least pack it with a bit of care. It kind of felt like they just tossed it in and hoped it would survive the trip. Not ordering from them again

"Got hit with fees I wasn’t expecting"
The order itself showed up fine, but then I got surprise import fees after delivery, which was frustrating. I don’t remember seeing anything clear about customs charges when I was checking out, and I even went back later with my coffee in hand to see if I missed it. Maybe it was buried somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t obvious.

I ran into an issue a couple of weeks after I started using it, and I reached out to support that same day. They did eventually get it fixed, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. For a few days, I was mostly waiting on updates, so the whole process felt a bit slow. In the end, it was resolved, but I wish the support response had been quicker.

"Refund Delay Is Really Frustrating"

"Got charged twice and couldn't get help"
I paid like I was supposed to and then noticed another charge come through, and when I reached out to support because I was worried something went wrong with the payment, nobody really answered me or helped clear it up so now I’m just stuck wondering why I got charged twice.

"Confusing Return Process at the Worst Time"
I tried to return my order, the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t clear, and I had to spend extra time figuring out what to do. It was especially frustrating because the timing was terrible, I needed to get it handled quickly, but it ended up being a hassle.

"Delivery dates weren’t reliable"
I ordered from them twice, and both times the delivery showed up later than expected. The tracking also didn’t update for days, which made it frustrating, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait. The items were fine once they finally arrived, but I wouldn’t count on the delivery dates being accurate. It left me feeling hesitant to order again.

"Missed the stains again"
I’m baffled because they missed the obvious stains again. Like, there is absolutely no way anyone could have looked at it and thought it was clean. I’m 100% sure these were impossible to miss.
